The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) declared the results of the class 10 (SSLC) annual exam-3 on Wednesday, with the pass percentage being 20.1. The pass percentage for first-time contenders is 21.18.

Girls performed better than boys with a pass percentage of 22.65% as against 20.35% for boys. Further, rural students also outshone urban ones with 21.38% pass percentage for rural students, whereas a pass percentage of 20.91 was recorded by urban school students. Private school students recorded the best pass percentage of 25.75%, followed by 20.53% in aided schools and 19.33% in government schools.
42,085 out of 2,09,374 students passed the exam. The pass percentage was 27.67 in the last annual exam 2.
31.27% of the 1,455 students who appeared to improve their marks improved according to KSEAB.
The cumulative pass percentage of SSLC for the academic year 2024-25 is now at 74.31% with a pass percentage of 20.1% in the annual exam-3. 8,68,385 students have appeared in the SSLC examination this year, out of which 6,45,273 have passed. In the first annual exam, 5,28,265 students have passed, and 88,229 students have passed in the second annual exam, and 42,085 students have passed in the third annual exam.
