CBSE mobilises schools for nationwide foundational learning audit as PARAKH rolls out digital Grade 3 assessment in March 2026

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has directed affiliated schools to cooperate in the Foundational Learning Study (FLS) 2026, a nationwide assessment of Grade 3 students’ literacy and numeracy skills.
